Welcome to EduEngine Technologies Private Limited ("EduEngine", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, SaaS products, software, mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "EduEngine Services"). By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

1. About EduEngine

EduEngine is a Tech Service Provider, SaaS and Custom Software Development Company, and supports EdTech initiatives under CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • SaaS-based products and subscription tools
  • EdTech platforms for students and institutions
  • Custom software solutions for clients
  • API-based tools and enterprise integrations

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. User Registration and Account

  • To access certain services, you may be required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • EduEngine is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use EduEngine Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use services for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Violate any intellectual property or proprietary rights
  • Transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the services

EduEngine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

5. SaaS Subscriptions and Payment

  • Certain EduEngine Services are available through paid subscriptions or contracts. By purchasing or subscribing:
  • You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Auto-renewal may apply unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • EduEngine may change pricing with prior notice
  • For enterprise or customized solutions, separate agreements may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, visuals, and materials provided through EduEngine Services are the intellectual property of EduEngine or its licensors, including but not limited to:

  • Logos, trademarks, and branding
  • Website and application interface
  • Course content and documentation

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the services without explicit permission.

7. Data and Privacy

EduEngine values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using our services, you agree to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

  • EduEngine may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors). You acknowledge and agree that:
  • EduEngine is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party tools
  • Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies

9. EdTech CSR Services

  • EduEngine may offer free or subsidized services under its CSR initiatives for educational purposes.
  • These services may have limited availability
  • EduEngine may restrict access, suspend, or discontinue any CSR offerings without notice
  • No commercial resale or misuse of CSR services is permitted

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • EduEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
  • EduEngine’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the services during the preceding 6 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • EduEngine Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided.
  • Use of services is at your sole risk.

12. Termination

  • EduEngine reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any or all services without prior notice if:
  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law or government regulation
  • Upon your request to delete your account/data

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold EduEngine harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Your use of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  • Any content you submit or upload

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

15. Changes to Terms

EduEngine may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users through the website or email. Your continued use of the services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
